You are not paying a percentage of anyone's contract. It's free to use, and you deal with the specialist directly.
Instead of agreeing a day rate and counting days, you share the engagement, meaning the scope and the result you need, and the specialist quotes for delivering it. Useful for well-defined pieces of work like a data migration, an integration or an upgrade.
Profiles are reviewed before they reach the bench, and CVs are parsed so that claimed skills line up with actual project history. The Verified badge goes further: our team has seen the specialist's photo ID, confirmed their Microsoft certifications on their Microsoft Learn transcript, and spoken to them. Certifications without that check are marked "Self-declared". Companies see availability, notice period and fee model up front so there are fewer wasted conversations.
