Is this only for Microsoft technology?
Yes, deliberately. Every specialist on the bench works somewhere in the Microsoft
ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Fabric, Copilot and Microsoft 365.
A narrow bench is a better bench: matching is sharper and the vetting means something.
How is this different from a recruitment agency?
You are not paying a percentage of anyone's contract. It's a flat monthly
subscription, and you deal with the specialist directly. On Premium a dedicated
recruiter runs the process for you, without moving to a placement-fee model.
What does "outcome-based delivery" actually mean?
Instead of agreeing a day rate and counting days, you share the engagement, meaning the
scope and the result you need, and the specialist quotes for delivering it. Useful
for well-defined pieces of work like a data migration, an integration or an upgrade.
How are specialists vetted?
Profiles are reviewed before they reach the bench, and CVs are parsed so that
claimed skills line up with actual project history. Companies see availability,
notice period and fee model up front so there are fewer wasted conversations.
Can I hire permanently, or only contract?
Both. The bench covers full-time, part-time, contract, freelance and outcome-based
work. The specialist sets what they're open to, and you can filter on it.
When does it open?
The first cohort is forming now. Join the list below and we'll get you in as we open
