5. Profile visibility

Talent profiles are visible to registered Employer users by default once approved. You can control your profile visibility from your dashboard at any time, including setting it to hidden or pausing your listing entirely. Certain fields (such as your full CV and references) are only accessible to employers where your subscription tier and visibility settings permit.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

CV files, references, and qualification documents uploaded to the platform are retained only for the duration of your subscription and deleted promptly upon account closure or subscription cancellation.

We take the security of your personal data seriously. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and authenticated-only access for all personal data held on the platform. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
